Your ZIP codes identify the pickup and delivery locations. When route information is available, driving-route mileage helps describe the distance between them. The estimate combines shipment inputs rather than using mileage alone. An estimate is only as useful as the details entered. Check both ZIP codes, vehicle details, condition and pickup date before submitting. Tell our team about changes or special loading requirements when they follow up. Route conditions, seasonal demand and suitable carrier availability can affect final arrangements, so an online estimate should not be treated as a confirmed schedule or final transportation price.
What happens after your estimate request
After a successful submission, you receive a Quote ID and an estimated customer price when available. If a price cannot be shown, the confirmation explains that our team will email your price. Review your shipment summary and the pricing disclaimer. If you want to proceed, the existing acceptance button records your acceptance of the displayed estimate; our team then reviews your shipment and confirms carrier availability and scheduling. Acceptance is separate from requesting the initial estimate.

Requesting an estimate is free. Submitting the form does not book transportation. After reviewing a displayed estimate, you can separately accept it and ask our team to proceed; carrier availability and scheduling still require confirmation.
