How the estimate is calculated
We calculate driving-route mileage between your two ZIP codes, then apply our pricing model: per-mile rates by distance band, vehicle size, transport type, vehicle condition, pickup timing and seasonal demand. The result is the estimated price you see on screen.
What happens after you submit
You see your estimated price and a quote ID immediately. Your shipment details go to our team, and a coordinator can follow up by email to confirm availability and arrange the pickup when you are ready.
